The short version: your images are converted on your own device, so there is very little for us to know about you, and that was the whole idea.

1. Your images
Every icon tool here opens and converts your file with JavaScript, on your machine. The picture is never sent to us, because no part of the site is built to receive it, and it is gone the moment you close the tab. That covers making an .ico, unpacking one, building favicon sets, app icons, and .icns files alike.
2. What our server sees
Serving the pages leaves an ordinary web log: an IP address, the page requested, and a browser string, kept briefly to keep the site up and fend off abuse. We do not build a profile from it, and we run no analytics script that follows you around.
3. Cookies and ads
One small cookie remembers whether you answered the cookie prompt, so it stops reappearing. Ads are what keep these tools free, so choosing Accept lets Google place the cookies it needs to show and measure them. Decline and none of that loads. You can change your mind any time through Cookie settings in the footer, and the full breakdown is in the cookie notice.
4. Email
If you write to us, we receive what you send so we can reply. That is the extent of it.
