A small team keeps this running. The quickest way to reach a real person is email, and we read every note.
Write to [email protected]. A few things that help us help you faster:
- If a tool broke, tell us which one and what you dropped into it. The file type and rough size are usually enough to reproduce it.
- If you want a format we do not read yet, name it. Requests are how HEIC handling, SVG input, and the .icns tool ended up on the list.
- If an icon target changed on some platform, a link to the spec saves us a search.
We do not run a live chat or a ticket queue, and there is no account to log into. It is just email, which suits a site built around not collecting your data in the first place.
